Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact our customer support team immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

We charge a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 across Pakistan. Enjoy free shipping on orders over PKR 10,000.

Yes, FEMMINEA offers nationwide delivery, including rural and remote areas, through reliable courier services like PostEx and Leopards Courier.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your shipment.

We accept returns and exchanges if:

• The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• You have proof of purchase

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your request, we require a video of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the issue. Include your order number and send the video via WhatsApp or email. We will promptly assist you with a return or exchange.

Currently, we do not offer monetary refunds. If your return is accepted, you will receive a store credit or discount coupon for your next purchase.
