1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In their original packaging with all tags intact

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

2. Conditions We Accept Returns/Exchanges For

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong item or size sent by mistake

  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability)

3. What We Don’t Accept

  • Used or washed items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Requests made after 1 day of delivery

4. Return/Exchange Process

  • Email us at contact@femminea.com or WhatsApp us with your order number, reason for return, and product pictures.

  • After approval, you’ll be guided on how to send the item back.

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error was ours.

5. Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer monetary refunds.

  • You will receive a coupon or store credit valid for your next purchase if return is accepted.
