At Femminea, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
We accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item or size.
- You want a size exchange (subject to stock availability).
We do not accept:
- Used or washed items.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

Email us at contact@femminea.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Once approved, we’ll guide you on the return process.
Shipping cost must be covered by the customer unless the mistake was ours.
Please note: We do not offer refunds. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a store credit or coupon for your next purchase.
